With 500+ IQCS Trained Interviewers and Area Managers strategically placed around England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, we are able to cover, at short notice, any area required for fieldwork.
We have a multicultural team, with several of our interviewers being multilingual. This enables us to conduct interviews in areas where different ethnicities and cultures are apparent.
Our Area Managers and Senior Interviewers each have a minimum of at least 20 years experience in the Market Research Industry.
The founder of the business. Lynda has over 25 years experience in the Market Research Industry and is also a qualified MRS Accredited Trainer. She started in the Market Research Industry as an Interviewer doing ad hoc surveys, Automotive and Business Surveys before becoming an Area Manager for Martin Hamblin. Re-organisation resulted in a promotion to Regional Manager for a short while with GFK NOP before starting her own business in 2006 – LG Personnel.
Lynda’s daughter. She has both a degree and a masters degree, obtained from Swansea University and Plymouth University respectivly. She has only recently joined the team full-time, but has been involved in various areas of the business over the years. She shares her mother’s passion and drive for the business to always give 100% no matter the project.
